Refund policy

We hope you will be pleased with your order, and we want you to feel confident with your Gellie Beauty product. Try it out, and see how well it works for you. We hope it brings a little happiness to your day! But if you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days to return the item for a refund (less shipping and handling).

Most items can be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery as long as they are unused or slightly used (e.g., minus a couple of swatches or applications). Naturally, we cannot accept returns of overly used products.

Returns

  • You must request a return before sending any items back to us.
  • Your item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in new or gently-used condition.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us with any returns questions you might have.

Exceptions

In addition to overly used products, we cannot accept returns of specific discounted items: Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) plus any applicable sales tax to the original form of payment (with the exception of cash on delivery*). Please remember it can take some time for us to receive and process your return, and also for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

*(If you pay cash on delivery, you must have a bank account in order to request a refund; with this payment method, refunds are only issued via bank transfer to your account.)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or if the wrong item is sent (see Faulty or Wrong Items below).

Faulty or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives, and contact us immediately if the product is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 48 hours from delivery to report any issues with your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period.

  • All claims for orders arriving with faulty or wrong items must be made within 48 hours of the delivery date.

To make a claim, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
